 Our speciality is the manufacture of technical Software especially for process control in machinery as well as User Interfaces and SCADAs (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition). We also have experience in the integration of Vision Control Systems, for object recognition as well as for OCR (Optical Character Recognition).
The famous FDA requirements 21 CFR Part 11 to electronic records and electronic signatures are state of the art for us. While developing data management tools or software we apply techniques that full fill these requirements by design.
Bespoke software to run in Windows® operating environments we develop using Borland Delphi® 32 whenever possible, because this will lead to well structured source almost automatically (by language design).
We do have experience in programming Mitsubishi Robots, Panasonic Vision Systems and Jetter System Controls (PLC). Such combinations have been installed in the robotic cells, in our own tablet counting machine as well as in a variety of other projects.
